1952 Allstate: The Allstate was essentially a Henry J (sold through Sears, Roebuck), but with a number of unique differences including Allstate badges on the hood and rear deck, a more upscale interior of Saran plaid or occasionally leather or smooth vinyl, special hubcaps/wheel covers, horn buttons and instrument bezels, a locking glove box and trunk lid, special engine color (blue), custom armrests and sunvisors, revised door locks and keys, and special parking and taillamp assemblies. Most notably, the Allstate featured a unique two-bar grille and jet-plane hood ornament designed by Alex Tremulus who had come to Kaiser-Frazer from the Tucker Corporation. This is #18, one of only 2,264 made, original paint, little rust, no engine. $8,500

'41 WILLYS 'Outlaw' Coupe

'41 Willys ‘Outlaw’ Custom Coupe. Powering this ‘Sassy Green’ Willys is a Mopar 360ci V8 punched out to a 371ci stroker fitted with Keith Black pistons and Eagle rods with an early 60s cross ram intake with 2 4 barrel Edelbrock carbs. Dressing out the engine bay is an aluminum radiator, aluminum pulleys, Sanderson headers, chrome alternator and chrome AC compressor. A 904 automatic transmission with a 5-disc clutch setup, reverse manual valve body, 3500 stall converter and Hurst shifter motivate this down the road. Out back is an 8.8" posi rear end. Front suspension is a Mustang II with tubular A Arms. Power windows, door lock, door poppers and truck allow all the exterior handles to be shaved. American Racing 15x7 front wheels and 17x9 rear wheels are wrapped in radial tires. There is not another hot rod like this around.

Americar sedan. 98 % complete. Motor runs excellent. Would drive, if brakes were working. The body has some dents, but can be repaired. One rust through in the floor, just in front of the front seat (an easy fix). There is a very small spot of rust on the bottom of two doors. There is also rust through on the bottom-front edge of both front fenders. This is a decent car. I have owned it for a long time. I have a clear title. I'm building a real 1939 Willy's sedan street rod for my brother and am looking for a reasonable photo of what the original cowl VIN tag for these cars looks like. His car has the VIN tag with the serial number visible, but there are no visible graphics remaining on the tag. I want to either restore the original VIN tag, or purchase a re-production (though I understand there may be some legality issues with this tact). If I am able to determine what the original tag is supposed to look like, I have a local graphics guy that will reproduce the details (not including the stamped serial number of course).
